Around 2 kms from where we are at Le Castel is this 17th Century Manoir with 10 beautifully developed gardens. These we landscaped and planted out over 12 or so years by a couple who moved to the area . There is a moat around the house , a bakery , stables and servants quarters on the property. A gift shop is attached which sells books on plants, umbrellas, stepping stones and other gardening , flowery gifts. A pleasant afternoons visit.
