
In Nepali durbar means " Palace" . These squares are situated in front of old Palaces. Clustered around these are the numerous temples , of some of the many different gods that are worshipped : Shiva, Vishnu, Krishna to name just a few.



Which came first the temple or the tree.

Pigeons, a cow or two and a Buddhist Monk . I asked the taxi driver who drove us to the square who cares for the cows that you see around the city. He replied " God"
