Washing in KathmanduWhen we put our laundry in to be washed by the guest house staff at 50 rupees /kg . I suspect that they wash it in small area similar to a shower box and then they hang it over either the plastic chairs on the terrace, or in the villages they hang it over the bushes as we have seen.
